MAGIC.

For Venues & Clients

We work with cruise lines, luxury resorts, hotels, and yachts worldwide. Our shows and artists are designed to adapt to a wide range of stages, from intimate lounges to full theater productions.
It starts with a conversation. You tell us about your venue, audience, and dates, and we recommend the division or specific act that fits best. From there we handle contracts, logistics, and onboarding support, so the show arrives ready to perform.
Yes. Many of our acts are built around flexible formats, repertoire, themes, and even staging, that can be tailored to your venue's identity and audience profile.
Both. Depending on the division, we offer everything from individual performers (dancers, hosts, singers) to full bands and complete themed productions with multiple artists.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for cruise deployments, since visa processing, certifications, and travel logistics take time. That said, we're happy to discuss shorter timelines depending on availability.
Our artists have performed with major international cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, NCL, Carnival, MSC, Viking, and Ambassador Cruise Line, among others.

For Artists

Through our "Join as Artist" form. Tell us about your specialty, experience, and certifications, and include links to your portfolio. We review every application personally.
It depends on the deployment, but generally you'll need a valid passport, and for maritime placements, STCW certification. We'll guide you through any additional requirements once we identify a fit.
MAGIC Academy is our internal training and standardization division. It's not a profit-driven school, it exists to make sure every artist we represent meets a consistent international standard in musicality, stage presence, and professionalism.
It helps, but it's not mandatory. We evaluate artistic quality, adaptability, and professionalism above all. Some of our artists join with strong local experience and grow internationally through MAGIC.
We aim to respond within 5 business days of receiving your application. If there's a fit, we'll reach out with next steps.
Yes. If your skill set fits multiple divisions, like singing and acting for Voce, or music and hosting for Ignite, mention all relevant specialties in your application.

No. While cruise entertainment is a core part of our work, we also serve luxury resorts, hotels, yachts, and increasingly, embassy and cultural diplomacy events through our Raíces division.
